A mask fit test verifies that a respiratory protection mask provides a tight, effective seal around the wearer's face, ensuring proper protection from airborne contaminants. This test is crucial for individuals in certain workplaces or professions where respiratory protection is required, such as healthcare or industrial settings
Overview
ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL.
Fit test should now be completed every year (as per 3M, OSHA and the CDC) or if your face changes. (Ex. substantial weight gain/loss.)
Instructions
Arrive 5 minutes prior to your test start time as multiple people are often tested at once and the test begins right at your scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be refunded as this spot is held for you. Please don’t have anything to eat/drink except water, or chew gum for 15 minutes prior to the test. Men must be clean shaven for this test. There are no refunds when attending you test unprepared (EX. not clean shaven.)
Test Duration: is 15 minutes.
