Mask Fit Testing

An N95 mask must be worn for your protection if your job requires you to be in contact with those on Airborne Precaution Isolation. The fit test is performed to provide you with the respirator that best fits your face. ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL. Fit test should now be completed every year (as per 3M, OSHA and the CDC) or if your face changes.

Instructions

Arrive 5 minutes prior to your test start time as multiple people are often tested at once and the test begins right at your scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be refunded as the this spot is held for your. Please don't have aything to eat/drink except water, or chew gum for 15 minutes prior to the test. Men must be clean shaven for this test. There are no refunds when attending you test uprepared EX. not clean shaven.

Test duration is 15 minutes.

If paying be e-transfer, please send to healthtec@tbaytel.net and notify us once it's sent so we can watch for it and manually issue a receipt.

Please note that requests made on weekends will be responded on Business days. Do not fill out form multiple times if you do not receive an invoice or an update!

Any time selected outside of the 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM will not be answered. Please enter your information to receive an invoice which will secure your spot. (Testing up to groups of 6 at a time)
