Mask Fit Testing
An N95 mask must be worn for your protection if your job requires you to be in contact with those on Airborne Precaution Isolation. The fit test is performed to provide you with the respirator that best fits your face. ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL. Fit test should now be completed every year (as per 3M, OSHA and the CDC) or if your face changes. (Ex. substantial weight gain/loss.)
Instructions
Arrive 5 minutes prior to your test start time as multiple people are often tested at once and the test begins right at your scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be refunded as this spot is held for you. Please don't have anything to eat/drink except water, or chew gum for 15 minutes prior to the test. Men must be clean shaven for this test. There are no refunds when attending you test unprepared (EX. not clean shaven.)
Test duration is 15 minutes.
